The loan process took 8 days from start… The loan process took 8 days from start to finish. In my eyes was way too long to purchase a rv. I’ve purchased several homes and rental properties that didn’t take this long. I as the customer had to do all the work and I feel like the loan officer should have done the work. All that needed to be done was, who are you buying the rv from and what insurance provider will you be using. The loan officer then could have did the rest of the work.

Our first RV fell through. She is great at what she does and is very professional. Then our file was handed off to Cheyenne and Caydence. Again everyone very helpful and very prompt at responding to messages. We cannot say enough but awesome customer service.

A little slow, but got the job done Things went a little slow but we got our loan to get our camper. The finance, lady, Tonya, never gave up, even though we were approved through one company and then they turned around and denied us. She found another one that did approve us.
