I do recommend them if you want a fresh start. From the very beginning the process was explained upfront, directly, and honestly. The customer service is outstanding (so far). The only thing I have issue with are the fees, the interest rate I received, and charges per settlement payment made. But, overall the Credit9 service as a whole (from my experience) has been a very honest and positive. I do recommend them if you want a fresh start.

My experience with the representatives… My experience with the representatives that I have worked with has been very positive. They kept me informed throughout the process. It all took place even more quickly than they had anticipated, which is great.

My reps, great to work with My reps, including Jennifer Shin, Courtney Kendall kept me informed about the complete progress of the loan. They answered every question I had and got back to me very fast. This was a smooth process. Great communications.

Credit9 is the Answer! I have always been weary of debt resolution companies, but my experience with Americor and Credit9 have been absolutely wonderful. In less than a year Americor negotiated lower interest rates to make my balances lower and now I'm in the payment phase with Credit9. David has been my representative and have been most helpful in customer service and explaining to me next steps. If you find yourself struggling with too many credit cards and/or loans, give Americor a call which will land you with Credit9 in the end...you will not regret it!

Starting Over I'm just now getting started with credit 9. But I think that Americor should tell you about credit 9 when you first start. I've paid a lot of money to Americor and now here comes credit 9 paying off all your debt, why not pay off all the debit from the beginning. I will keep you all posted on the outcome
