DESPERATE USE ONLY We received a loan Aug 2022. Loan was paid off Oct 2022. Why did we get a credit review done and they have us on the credit report as unpaid? I have every deduction and payment processed from my bank to show PAID IN FULL. Called....Oh we will call you back! Email......currently waiting for a response. There's no way that I loan was paid off in 2022 and we haven't been notified or stopped any payments from being deducted. The last payment was the smaller than the others which states FINAL PAYMENT.
