GBThe process was fast and easy The process was fast and easy. Whoever isn't using this service to sell their gold is truly missing out. I got paid the day I accepted my offer. The only thing I would change is the phone presentation. When I called, it sounded like someone at a residential address answered. Maybe try an official phone greeting to sound more commercial. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

GBEven though I had mailed the gold and… Even though I had mailed the gold and received a receipt from Fedex, it wasn't listed as having even been received in their system. It never showed up, even after I already got an offer. I was worried the package was lost. If you don't buy an item, it should get returned.
