When I talked to a representative they were beyond helpful and patient if I didn’t have something i needed right then. They were very kind. Once I got everything turned in properly it was a few days and I had the funds. We will definitely recommend Best Egg to others!

Applying was fairly easy BUT Applying was fairly easy, but one complaint so far- was pre-approved for a certain rate/payment. Took the loan, talked to a rep twice to get it approved. Only once it went through I noticed the interest was 3% higher, payment $20 higher than my pre-approval. Seems a little bait and switch that I was not told this before final approval. They should fix this on the future, I’m still saving a little versus my debt I consolidated, but not much. Not sure I would have taken it.

Quick and easy The application was quick and easy. Email communication was great with progress updates. Received the funds in a timely manner. With low monthly payments I can afford without worry. Interest rates are a bit high but not unexpected. Using the funds to pay off creditors and build up my credit report. I even have some leftover to buy groceries!
