No payout I qualified for my first payout and requested one over two weeks ago without receiving it or even a response. When putting in a ticket with support, it said to expect a response in a day. Two days later it said to expect a response in three days. Today their customer service center was completely down. From my research I believe TopStep is legitimate and (at least until recently?) pays out it's qualifying traders. Everything else I've experienced with them has been positive, so I am holding my breath hoping this is some technical issues and not something else.

Mega Mike, That’s It 3rd time I’ve made a review on Topstep but this one is here to stay, Mike has completely gone above and beyond to get my issues resolved he’s restored my 10/10 support with Topstep even with how busy Topstep has been over the last few weeks Mike kept me updated on what’s going on and got my account set back up super quick. Genuinely wish all Topstep support was as easy to deal with as Mike is. Mega Mike could turn water to wine I reckon he’s that good ❤️

Topstep customer service is great Topstep customer service is great. They continue to innovate and put the Traders first. I've used other firms before but this one takes the cake. I had a platform issue and though the wait was a bit longer than expected Mikee stepped up and fully understood what, how and when the issue took place to make things right. Topstep are one of (if not) the best… Topstep are one of (if not) the best funded trading platforms there are. Their rules are clear and precise and easy for you to understand unlike others, it feels like they want you to pass unlike others. I had a problem where I had an account few few months and taking my time trading it due to the no time limit but came back to it cancelled with 2k profit after I did nothing wrong so I messaged support and they sorted it all out with me for my new eval to keep those profits because I never broke a rule and ended up passing the eval.
