I would just suggest if the offer is too low ask what is need for them to consider approving a higher amount.

Settlement guaranteed not offered enough.... My attorney told me that I could do about $3000. And then you turned around and only offered $2000. So I really had a hard time finding a car that had no engine problems. So I had to use that 2000 plus my entire paycheck just to get a carand then I had to take out a Payday loan. 2 of them is to buy some food and to get gas in my car that I just purchased after having to pay for tax and title and registration. And I'm still negative in my bank account.
