There has been some delay in receiving my order compared to my previous supplier, but I guess they use a different shipping rate. I am looking for make further purchases if the material is within my expectation. I got response back to my email, and phone call.

CALong delays to sell your metals from storage They were great to deal with when buying my metals for storage with them. However, beware, it's a long process with little communication when the time comes to sell them. I understand there can be delays, but it's been over a month and counting! The reason I chose GoldSilver was Mikes assurance that metals were kept outside the banks, and so readily and easily liquidated, unlike stocks etc. Clearly not the case
