Ive been doing business with MCS for… Ive been doing business with MCS for over 10 years. Yes, 10 years! Im approached what seems on a weekly basis to borrow money. Tried another company once...the biggest mistake i made. The credit card processing is highly competitive and with my strong history of repayment.. im appreciated as much as I appreciate MCS. I was told 24 funding signed papers and… I was told 24 funding signed papers and was funded 5 days later . They missed my conditional request for funding to be funded in Sept . 2023 . I signed papers on sept 28 and was not funded until Oct . 3rd. I was told it was an interior issue with Zinch and they couldn't send out wires . I passed on other offers because I did business with you in the past, but you disappointed and didn't make my funding date in Sept banking . As a financial company you understand that timing is everything , you let me down and have effected my banking records . Very unprofessional and I will not be using your services again .

Excellent at its best This is the 2nd time using Merchant Capital, everything was easy and quick. Agent was very helpful and answered all our questions, he seems very knowledgeable in his work. Funds were received as promised when promised. I look for customer service in everyone I do business with, and the customer service I received is excellent. I definitely would recommend to others.
