GBThoroughly satisfied Rachel and Josh were able to answer all questions and concerns I had, the platform is easy to use and the entire process felt safe and effortless. My only regret is that i did not inform myself about solo401ks earlier in life.

GBIt requires more knowledge than a… It requires more knowledge than a casual read to know the meaning of the vast paperwork we must sign. It's disruptive to have to stop & email each question for an answer in order to proceed. Even then, I'm not sure I understand the implications.

GBSo far so good So far so good. Was easy to setup, and response was very quick. My questions were also answered quickly. I don't know long-term how things will be, but short-term I have an overall positive impression. If you need a Solo401K, this would definitely be a good option to consider.

GBI miss talking to a real human I miss talking to a real human. Nabers has a fine product offering, however, I was very disappointed during the set up process to discover that the rep who sold me on the Nabers experience via the phone would no longer be my point of contact. Now all communication is via email/chat. Does Nabers respond? Yes, but I would really enjoy picking up the phone and having a simple live conversation when I have a question.
