Full visibility into what type of investment strategy is in play and support team available to address any questions or concerns. GBA+ customer service I initially had some difficulty setting up my accounts. The interface was simple and intuitive, but I had a few complex situations that weren’t options. When I got an email offering a live onboarding session, I was pleasantly surprised and even more shocked when a live person hopped on a zoom to walk me through my specific situation ( not a conference call with 100’s of people, but a 1:1 video meeting). Was not sure if this product was right for me, but after the responsive customer service I am really finding the value. I have different tools for tracking my spending and savings, but playbook helps me see if I’m maximizing my investments. Exactly what I was looking for.

GBThey're on the right track They're on the right track. Haven't come across a product working towards the specific roadmap they're working towards. Looking forward to seeing where it goes.

GBAlmost There The app is still young and there are some kinks that need to be worked out. That being said they're on the right track. Once the product becomes a bit more mature it would be 5 stars. The team is great and very responsive. In a year or two this will be a fantastic product.
