I ordered my gold and silver on March 11,2023 and received it March 16,2023.Alan Baytes worked tirelessly with me as this has been my first experience buying gold and silver.This company is straight forward and appears to me to be extremely honest!I will continue doing my business with Nationwide Coin and Bullion Reserve.

Refund for gold coin retuned. It was very bad experience because I sent back gold coin on Dec 12, 2023. For my refund I call multiple time.also send message. No reply. They were telling me they already refunded. But it was not in my credit card. After one month it resolved. So it was painful. They are lying. They send me after one month. It’s was not my credit card but they send me after one month. Coins not delivered to correct address I did not get my coins on time because the address was not correct on the shipping order. My order was shipped to another city in Ohio. Because of this issue, I had to call my representative and explain the situation and got it straightened out but it did cause a disruption in my plans as I had to wait around another day for the UPS to deliver my coins.

Very Satisfied Customer At first I was very skeptical about getting a Gold Eagle at or lower than spot price + a new Silver Eagle thrown in for free. I called and spoke w/ Patrick and was assured the deal was legit so I went for it. Paid on my credit card in case things went south I'd have the credit card co to help me dispute the transaction. But there was no need for any help! Communication was excellent, coins arrived in perfect condition about a week after I placed the order and I'm a very satisfied customer of Nationwide Coin & Bullion Reserve.
