GBI was very hesitant to try a new lender… I was very hesitant to try a new lender but it made sense because Kiavi has lower rates than my previous company. GBNathan P Did An Excellent Job This is my first loan with Kiavi. Nathan P sent me an introductory video of himself which I thought was great and very personable. He answered all my questions right away and was super helpful to make the loan process go very smoothly. He went above and beyond! Nothing on him, but the closing wasn’t as smooth, as it took a few days after the closing to actually get funded, closed on Monday not funded until Friday. That had more to do with Stewart Title company, which I will never use again. Nathan did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. I’m in the construction process now. I’d definitely work with Nathan again.
