Communication was Difficult Angela Ackerman was difficult to work with. She was hard to contact. I almost always got her voicemail which indicated she preferred people to email. When I emailed it didn’t seem like she read them because later when we would discuss issues that were important to me she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Jose Valcarcel was excellent. He was able to get me the most competitive rate. I often contacted him throughout the process when I was not getting a response from Angela and he was always very quick to respond. If he did not know the answer he would find out and get back to me. Very professional and courteous.

This company was both cordial and efficient. When I filled out general info online, I was just trying to explore what my options were.
