GBThank you Auto Credit Express Thank you Auto Credit Express. When everyone offered me the run around after filing chp 7 bankruptcy, you were able to give me hope. Now I would say that I think it’s best for you to verify the type of cars dealers you provide to your customers. The car I signed off on had multiple problems that I detected the following day after purchase. On the day of the purchase I asked then sales person if the car had been into any accidents, she told me “no”. Come to find out after paying my own Carfax report that it has been in 3 different crashes, minor, but still an accident. The doors weren’t locking, some of the lights were not working, the hood wouldn’t open because the pull knob broke, and some other minor issues. I feel like I rushed myself just to get a car without even realizing those issues at the dealership because I had to buy insurance worth over $800 for a dp. Nevertheless, it’s mine now and I will take care of it. I’m scheduling an appointment at a Nissan dealer near my house soon to replace the rear bumper because a previous accident body shipped put a standard bumper instead of the one with park assist. So that’s that. The customer service at the dealer was great.
