I appreciate the way in which this was done, however, I would have preferred a bit more explanation as to what was needed and a more clear sign of acceptance prior to my school telling me so. GBit seems like I am the first person to… it seems like I am the first person to use this loan provider while going to LIFT academy. They didn't understand that my school certifies the loan 2 weeks prior to the start date. When I tried to clear up the situation myself I had to call ZuntaFi who was incredibly hard to get a hold of. When I finally did get a hold of someone over the phone I explained the situation, I was put on hold and then hung up on.
