Love this bank card Love this bank card, I sometimes have problems people hacking to my card but they always help me and then send me a new card so far so good I’m gona continue using this bank

Horrible that I can't get as much cash… Horrible that I can't get as much cash as I want out of the ATM at given time.Also the 2500 a withdrawal that I can't find a bank to do so. Can't order a different card with something different on it because it takes weeks to months if u even get the new card at all and u can't get money out of your account during this period of waiting for a new card because u can't transfer ur funds from this place. I get hit for crazy ATM fees. Overdraft fees are outrageous and u can't even overdraft a 100 bucks even if u overdraft each month pay it back in less than a month later whenever I have a 1100 a month guarantee direct deposit

I checked my balance this morning… I checked my balance this morning expecting my 20 bucks to be available but my app tells me that card was cancelled I would really like to know why? I'm on benefits and my bank has to be on point...Please explain what happened and what to do?
