I attempted several times and was instructed to leave a message and someone would return the call. To date (2 weeks later) still no call. I missed the opportunity to catch the gold and siler at it's recent lows. In store has always been professional.

She was courteous, professional and came across as caring about our questions. She took the time to answer every question completely. Theresa excels at putting people at ease. As a result, we decided to sell some of our silver coins and were very pleased with the results. We've been here twice and will absolutely return. Amazing customer service, fair and honest pricing - who could ask for more? We could - we'll also ask if Theresa is working that day and of not, we'll reschedule to a day when she is!

Would never do business with them there's too many reputable metal dealers around the Seattle area that are reputable.

GBSmooth as could be. Went in to the Lynwood location and spent a couple hours with Taylor from BRC and ended up selling him a ton of stuff. Taylor was very knowledgeable and patient with us going over prices of a wide variety of items. Felt very comfortable with the whole experience. Will be back with another haul of goods to sell someday.
