I have used them multiple times over… I have used them multiple times over the years, always with great qualified and enthusiastic young people. This last time was the same experience I have come to expect, however my one complaint would be that I was told how much money I would receive in my pocket at closing. That sum was reduced by $1900 with no explanation. I believe I have figured it out but would have been nice to have been communicated with.

“Quicken” is an appropriate name! The loan representative has been very kind and helpful throughout this entire process. I felt like he took a personal interest in our situation. Things moved along very quickly. The only downside is that some of the timelines felt pushy and left little wiggle room.

Bad review You guys did really bad this time around. You switched me from one loan processor to another. I had to constantly repeat information and resend documents. You called yourself helping by giving me a $300. increased monthly payment and a double finance rate!!!

Best, quick and very efficient It is the Service that kept me going with my Refinance and a plan that works for me. Everyone that I have spoken to has created positive defining moments. The most important is Ruben Griffen has been just a wonderful experience he not only provided the best service and he also understood the right plan for me and created that trust for me to move forward. If I have any other needs with Rocket I would prefer to work with Ruben he is just an amazing personality and very knowledgeable

It takes much longer to get qualified for a loan than their advertising says. They give you the impression you can get your loan as soon as tomorrow. Everyone I had contact with was personable energetic and patient. We talked laughed and had a pleasant experience and still got the job at hand taken care of. The tasks that were passed down could have been less in my opinion but then I'm not sure why you needed some of the verifications but I guess some people aren't straight up and forward with their info.
