Wrong Item sent (4 times) I ordered a GoPro Hero 11 Creator Edition, this is the forth time that I have received the wrong item.Even though I have informed the support representative of the issue each time the replacement has been incorrect. I can only assume that it's an inventory control issue. Last time I will use your services. Not worth the headache and poor response time with no actual solution.

purchasing power is horible i ordered… purchasing power is horible i ordered tires from them and the company they use tire buyer shipped my 4 tires from three different locations causing me to wait weeks only to be called and told by tire buyer and purchasing power that the tires were there only to get to pep boys and see that they werent. i got fed up and had tire buyer come get the tires back only to have purchasing power bill me payments and tell me that they cant see the tires were sent back. purchasing power has the worst customer service agents and never can you speak with a supervisor. they get their products from vendors and add 300 to 500 dollars of over head on the price but they will tell u that they dont charge interest.
