Get away as far as possible. Factoring company which instead of helping, is drowning it's small clients. Under excuse that they can't confirm the rate with the broker, they don't pay out the submission. We offered to help in reaching out to the broker, to speed up the process, but team 64 never responded and the supervisor doesn't answer the phone.

I have been factoring with RTS for… I have been factoring with RTS for months . I continually catch them over charging percentage and they are taking FOREVER to give me a refund . I called them Out on the wrong percentage being charged and it’s happening again. They are robbing me !! I do not recommend this predatory company!

If their are any questions he or his team called and gets back to me in timely manner. Really quickly. I'm very happy with his service and he's really nice guy. I will definitely refer him and RTS Factory to my Friend and Family.
