Patch Lending (formerly known as Patch of Land) has a legacy as an innovative, progressive Fintech company that was founded on the premise that the JOBS Act of 2012 would create dynamic new opportunities for businesses and ordinary Americans. A start-up created in 2013 with a simple mission to help build wealth and grow communities; Patch was obsessed with challenging the status quo and democratizing access to one of this country’s greatest asset classes. As one of the first real estate Crowdfunding platforms established in the U.S., Patch was intent on making it possible for ordinary Americans to invest in real estate in ways that had previously been limited to only very high-net worth investors. Patch of Land has 5 stars I always get my questions answered and my escrow is carefully accumulated and the property taxes and insurance is paid. My only criticism is that I do not have a particular person at Patch Lending who watches over my account, so that I could call that person directly with any problems. Five stars for efficiency.

Bad experience altogether I have a bad experience with this company from the moment the loan was issued. Communication was extremely hard with no reply to emails for weeks and once the loan was issued and passed to the servicing company BSI Financial the headaches started to fall in. The servicing company does not do their job and do not honour their contractual obligations to pay your expenses. Don’t do an impound account. Just don’t do it. They simply don’t pay your taxes or insurance premiums on time or at all in some cases. I had to get my lawyer to deal with the company as my insurance policies got canceled due to them failing to pay the premiums on time. Overall I am sorry to say that I would not be using this company again had I known for his from day 1. Hope this review will help someone and you don’t have to got through the stress and months of headaches become of their incompetence. I also hope some level of management take this review and does something about the service they offer to clients. It is just not fair what you are doing.
