Worst Costumer Service Ever! Worst Prop firm in the world!!! The worst costumer service ever! in the website down in the right corner its a little bottom that say "LIVE CHAT", but no one help you, its just a bot with a bunch of pre fix bottoms that kinda guide you to the frequently questions. is not a place that you can talk with a human being or so! Its no a space where you can write your questions or chat box! or costumer service email where someone will answer you latter. also is you don"t find the answer thru those topics bottoms your only options is go back to main menu and start all over again... also since they emigrate to DXtrades with Voyage platform they have higher porcentaje of spread, commission and fee for trade, SL doesn't work properly, I open a trade and move my SL to break even, and after the news I lost twice of the amount that i was risking! don't lose your money its no worthy

So after a week and a half of going… So after a week and a half of going back and forth with customer, they finally gave me my funded account but now I’m having problems with my overall drawdown being higher than my actual draw down. Today I lost 140.59 subtract that from 5,000 that’s 4,859.41 how is my overall drawdown 170.0???

A truly repulsive deed It has been a week and I haven't received anything yet. They are doing all they can to stop me stacking up. I will get my lawyer involved now. Never before has it taken (Elite Echelon) this long to get me credited, they have continually proven to be the most effective.

It's simple Hello, the challenge seems great to me, since you can trade news, the platform I used even seems better than MT5, since I use it in my personal account, apart from that it only asks for 9%. It is easy to get there with good risk management. Thank you!
