Never did the girl who attended me mention any of the charges or whatever it's described in the website of your acct. As soon as you sign they just steal your money and they can't definitely answer any of your questions. Worse thing ever I truly feel this so called lending sucks and its only robbing people! These are worse than loan shark rates These are worse than loan shark rates! I borrowed $850. I did not realize that this was at the rate of twice a month for $233 every 15 days or $466 a month for the next 8 months or over $3700 for a "short term loan" The real mobsters dont even charge that much. I was told like 132% not more than 300%! This is rediculous. Just because you sent me the paperwork, (which you didnt BTW) does not absolve you from Usury, you cannot commit a crime and then absolve yourself from it because you disclosed you were committing a crime! Thats not quite how the law works. LOL, you know how stupid that sounds? I figure that the original $850 with the interest should be paid in full at just their mobster loan shark rate in like 60 days! even a payroll place cant get away with these rates. They laughed their asses off when I threatened a case with the IA Attny gen as they are based in salon, IA and must abide by IA loan statutes, which I guarantee they are not
