GBGianella was great Gianella was great! she resolved my issue very quickly with low to no wait time. I have tried a bunch of firms and one thing I've always had an issue with was the customer service experience, either taking to long or not responsive/ un helpful. CHWeak Customer experience! Honestly not the customer experience i was looking for. They changed their broker during my phase 2 challenge and i never got back an account. I sent them the invoice and the credentials but they can`t manage to deliver what i paid for. Guys just stay with the big and well known prop firms. I never experenced something like that with them.
