I do not know this company Credit Genie… I do not know this company Credit Genie nor have I ever done any business with them. Some how this company got a hold of my banking Information and forcefully deducted 4.99 out of my account. They attempted last month too. I immediately contacted my bank, changed up some things to protect me from fraud and I contacted Credit Genie. There is no live person to speak to. You can only chat or email. How ridiculous! I want a refund and this company should be reported for scam. I dare you lurk and go into my account and violate my funds like that it's just despicable.

No live customer service, no phone number! No live customer service! No phone number to call to get a refund! I never authorized credit genie to take $4.99 I am demanding a refund immediately! I gave my bank info. To have a loan deposited! Never agreed to any fees! Never was told I could not speak to a live customer service person either! I must communicate only by email! This was never disclosed- I want out immediately they are a SCAM! Demanding a refund of $4.99, NOW!

This people has been taken my money… This people has been taken my money without my knowing….ive try several time to contact them but it seems there no contact number, is always machine that you will be chatting to…I bet you is a fraud.
