He was a pleasure to work with and very helpful, he made himself available day or night to answer questions and keep us updated on the process. We searched extensively for the lowest interest rate, and were determined to not pay unfront/loading/administration fees. Insight Loans delivered. We have high praise for Stephen Jackson - he's personable but, even more important, he either answered our call directly or got back to us within a couple of hours. Our house purchase fell through once, and was delayed by three months. All the paperwork had to be done once again. Stephen hung in there with us, guiding us through the process a second time. He's responsive and knowledgable.

If he was not able to answer when we called, he was quick to call us back, if I did not answer he called my wife with the answer or update. Also we started the process just before Christmas and he knew how bad we wanted to be in our new home for the holidays.
