Really only worked on the internet bill… Really only worked on the internet bill which in our area is ATT, and with no real competition they really wouldn’t budge on lowering my bill. They did get a one time credit just to appease the negotiator but got something anyway. Might really be worth it in a bigger market

Happy customer They managed to save me over $900 over 3 years off my Spectrum bill. They are professional negotiators. I was skeptical at first, since their phone number didn’t seem to work and they had all those username and password requirements for my accounts. But I went with it and they saved me 10 fold.

Very good service Very good: they made it clear that they would not ask for a reduction in service without asking my permission first. I had read that is something their competitors do. And charge nothing if they don’t negotiate a discount. They charge 25% of the expected savings over 2 years. I read that their competitors only charge based on 1 year. In the past I’ve gotten discounts just by calling the service myself so I’m not sure if I could have done as well myself.

For anyone wondering if BillTrim is… For anyone wondering if BillTrim is legit, they are! They were able to negotiate savings for me just based on the length of time I’ve been with AT&T as well as Comcast. I could have saved even more by adjusting some features on my plans that BillTrim found by negotiating for me but I didn’t want to make any changes at this time. This might not be an issue for someone else and you’ll save considerably!
