Professionalism of the Highest Degree I received a call from Advantage Gold within 2 hours after submitting my information electronically indicating my interest in a precious metals IRA. After a short discussion with Jared, we decided that I was quite familiar with precious metals but not familiar with how to convert an existing IRA to gold/silver/platinum. Within 60 seconds I was transferred to Marc. Marc did a wonderful job of explaining such an IRA with zero pressure to boot. Marc and I had 3 more discussions over the next week and half, reviewing videos and links to information as well. I was committed to moving forward with the paperwork and Jared was back in the picture again - he populated the forms for me within 10 minutes while on the phone. That was easy! Now the electronic forms were sent to the IRA department where I was placed in the queue for processing. I received an email from Chelsey within 24 hours and we arranged a time to finalize the paperwork. Finally, back to Marc where we worked together to decide the make-up of my metals. This was the fun part and Marc was quite the professional through this whole experience. The teamwork of Marc, Jared and Chelsey was second to none in my 40 years of investing. Great Investment Experience I just wanted to let everyone at Advantage Gold know of my satisfaction with their company.
