Ms Rachel Ross was extremely helpful… Ms Rachel Ross was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. Ms Ross would call with any updates or if any paperwork needed to be signed. Ms. Ross was courteous and kind and the process was the fastest I've ever seen. Ms. Ross made it her mission to ensure that all questions that I may have had were answered and if there was anything I didn't understand she took the time out to help me understand it. Awesome experience!!

Rachel Ross is a wonderful loan officer very easy to communicate with and understand your questions and can help you answer all of them. She is very efficient with her job I was told by many refinance company's that I could not refinance my house and car together but Rachel Ross proved them all wrong. Michelle was so helpful with purchasing… Michelle was so helpful with purchasing our first home! She was very responsive and informative through out the whole process. I’ll admit the home buying process was a bit intimidating going into it but Michelle made it such a smooth and painless process. We will definitely be coming back if we ever decide to buy a house again.
