Once we initiated we had an approval within hours, and the rest of the paperwork followed shortly thereafter. Requests for documents from me came in one email, with barely any follow up. The process was quick, easy, clear, and did I mention quick? I think we signed our new loan within 3-4 weeks from when we first initiated the process. I would absolutely use them again.
