Fantastic customer care We started our refinance loan process in February 2020, and hit a snag when the COVID situation caused interest rates to go up and had to put the process on hold. The AZ Home Loans team stayed in constant contact with us to let us know what was happening and to check on us until things were finally at a point where we could move forward.

I first worked with Josh Hartson to get the ball rolling and get all the necessary paperwork and documents together. He made a nice smooth transition to Ashley Marbury to help process everything! They sent out a wonderful Notary to my home to sign all the final documents. And we ended with a much lower rate than we initially expected. I could not be happier with the customer service we received from everyone!

I enjoyed working with you guys again I enjoyed working with you guys again. The only feedback I can think of is to give your clients better instructions throughout each step of the process. (I.e. how to make payments and when to cancel old mortgage payments etc.)

As a retired loan officer As a retired loan officer, who has dealt with incompetent loan officers, and battled with underwriters, processors, appraisers, etc. in my 25 year career, I was hoping for the best but expecting the worst. Guess what....the worst never happened. Dave Wick, my MLO was on top of my file from the git go and never missed a deadline through closing. Marcia Maes, his processor was aMAESing, sorry. Communication was consistent, clear and understandable, with a minimum of lender speak. Promises made were delivered without fail. Easy, stress free transaction, fair pricing, transparent all the way through and a great rate to boot. You won't be disappointed.
