Self employed or turned down elsewhere? Listen up… After being turned down elsewhere I finally found Jayne and Darrin at HomeLife for our cash out refinance. As a husband/wife owned business owners with no other “normal jobs” it made it difficult to obtain financing but these guys specialize in self employed customers. Homelife Mortgage is the Best! Darrin, Jayne and Esther did an exceptional job on my mortgage loan. Darrin is so nice doesn't mind calling all the agents to make sure we are approved despite of pre approval letter. Listing agents still want to talk to broker to make sure you are approved with the loan an able to execute the loan. Darrin and Jayne are very responsive even 7pm when I need to change the pre approval amount of loan Jayne send back within 10 minutes of updated pre approval loan. Darrin is a man with Work when he said 30 days we close. He really did execute within 30 days of the opening escrow. Very greatful with Homelife mortgage!
