Farm Plus staff are knowledgeable, experienced and guided me through the process and at the end I received the funding I needed. I can not say enough good things about them. Great Personal Service and wonderful to work with. I have closed loans for them with mutual customers. As an escrow officer/closing agent, they make the transaction process very smooth. My experience was not as good as it… My experience was not as good as it could have been. I believe it was slower than it could have been because of the COVID 19 virus. The virus however was not the cause for an excruciating detailed review of a strong financial statement, resulting in longer delays. Especially considering the loan was for 10 percent of the collateral . Working from home during the virus, which is understandable, along with the extreme detail demanded caused unnecessary delays. The people we dealt with were always cheerful, polite and professional. The end result was the outcome we wanted and that was promised.
