GBWeaponized incompetence My dentist partnered with a company that financed my Invisalign through LendingPoint. The terms of the agreement were 24 months at 0%. 1) They did not setup my autopay on the payment method I already provided, making my first payment late. They then threatened to remove the promotional 0% financing offer. Autopay can't be setup online. 2) Payments could not be submitted online ever, because they failed 100% of the time. 3) My monthly payment was randomly lowered one month, requiring me to call to submit an additional payment so I didn't fall behind on the promotional financing terms. 4) Online accounts were entirely inaccessible for a period longer than two months. 5) They suddenly stopped reporting to credit agencies and are 6 months behind as of now. 6) A couple months ago, my account suddenly showed a significantly higher balance than was accurate, again requiring me to call to correct it. 8) I decided to pay off my account in full. Weeks after the account was closed, the automatic payment was still withdrawn from my bank account. They asked me to provide screenshot proof of this and said an expedited refund was subject to approval. 9) I was not allowed to remove my payment method online despite the account closure. Their systems are either grossly inadequate, or they are intentionally creating barriers to extort you on 26%+ interest rates. Stay away at all costs.
