Performance Review Loan at last is very helpful for my needs. However, I wish they should be able to lower their rate for on exiting customer like me. I spoke with one of the staff & she stated nothing she can do to reduce the rate nor payment because it’s already in process. I suggest that the staff should improve their customer service in order to gain more customers.

When I started out with loanatlast I… When I started out with loanatlast I had a really high interest rate but when I called and spoke to one of the representatives and explained how I felt about the interest rate on the loan she quickly advised that she could speak with her supervisor to see what better rates they could give and she made it to whereas my rate went down a whole lot and was very grateful for that!
