By 9:25am, I received a call from Mark who took the time to speak with me and explain my options. I filled out the simple on-line application, uploaded my documents and submitted. Within the hour of my submission, Mark called me to verify my information and submitted the load for approval. My own bank, after doing business with them for more than ten years, didn't supply the level of customer service that Mark provided.
