Don't take your accountant's opinion and leave money on the table. Everyone we worked with from Innovation Refunds was extremely helpful. We were told by two different accountants that we were not eligible due to prospering during COVID and/or due to our having taken PPP grants. IR, on the other hand, made it happen!! Thanks again.

Well organized The company is well informed and highly organized. They work quickly once you provide them with all the information that is required. They check in and inform you of where you are in the application process and if there are any steps needed. Matt Tidman was assigned as our point person and he was especially helpful and attentive.

These guys were great all the way… These guys were great all the way through! Although we had to do some work with reading and signing documents, they did the explanation, double and triple checking. &Yes, we did pay them 25% for their service, but it was well worth it, didn't pay until our checks from the IRS were cashed, and we would not have received the credit without Innovations' help.
