Great Analytics I was looking for the optimal spot to buy an investment property and wanted to short-term rent most of the time and was concerned that I was going to be able to buy something and still turn a buck. Mashvisor showed me that the area I was looking in was not a prime rental area so I could adjust. The analytics are amazing and even had staff offer to do a tutorial. I just wish there wasn't an automatic purchase at the end of the trial period. With life so hectic, it's just one more thing to remember.

Ease of use. The user interface is very user friendly and easy to do the research I wanted. The resources available were also helpful in leaning more about the industry and some terminology. Still think the pricing is a little high compared to other industry peers.
