GBMy Incredible Good Life Experience This is not my first endeavor into reverse mortgages. The comparison between my prior mortgage company and GoodLife is unfair because there really is no comparison. The service my mortgage officer,Chris Lee, provided was amazing! No question was unanswered. Non of my inquiries were treated as tedious or not important. the interest rate was high on my prior loan and Chris made sure everything was completed as fast as possible to save me money!

GBThe representative I worked with was amazing! The representative I worked with, Scott Sherman, was amazing! He explained everything to me, and apologized for any "hang-ups" we experienced. By hang-ups, I mean delays. It did take a long time, over 3 months, to complete. The rep kept me aware of what was going on regularly. The specific problem came from the appraisers who didn't do their job completely. Other than that, it was quite painless. Again, my representative was awesome!
