Nick Alvarez was awesome Nick Alvarez was awesome. Very personable and easy to talk with. He walked us through the process. Gave us many options to choose from and explained each option very well. He was great with keeping on top of the process with us as we pondered all the options before we made a decision. Everything was done with such ease. Awfully deceptive Awfully deceptive, tells you there’s no early payout penalty verbally. Final contract shows in fine print “you still have to pay the full finance charges even if you pay off early”. Jack was very nice to speak with but this was very deceptive. MUST read the fine print before signing anything here for sure
