We had to send them a Notice of USC 18 241 COnspiracy Against Rights and USC 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. We will get the hard inquiry removed due to the fraudulent nature of their loan processes, practices, customs, and covert activity. We had a hard time sending them a wire as their accounts we not setup correctly and even the real estate agent on the deal agreed that they seemed shady. Never again.
