CASet your apprehensions aside! I was apprehensive about going into my interview after passing the preliminary screening, and reciving an email to be contacted by a recruiter. Within in the first minute of our conversation I was at ease. He was just a real guy. Don’t know how better to put that. His questions were straightforward and I had no problem giving honest answers to honest questions. Probably my most relaxed interview ever!

Once you complete the extensive training process, they indeed give you an initial $25,000 to start trading. The staff is amazingly responsive to questions. I definitely feel I have the support of the admin staff and traders to help me be a successful trader.
