Excellent service that you offer A few months ago I called Reverse Mortgage and talked with Erin Kramer. It seems to be the best decision I've made in a long time. Other than having an apprasial that I still shortchanged us a lot, the mortgage still allows us to stay in our home for many years before we have to face leaving it. Early On- Final Review I'm only partially thru the process so it may be too early to give an objective rating, however, Adam and supporting staff appear to be very efficient and responsive. Will save this review and respond more fully upon completion; hopefully in early January. Final Review: Approximately 35 days into the process and now complete! Adam & Harry were very efficient and cooperative throughout! Only "stumble" was a third parties.. They answered all questions thoroughly and gave me ample time to prepare for the next step.
