Good to use, but only in a worst case situation It was definitely great to have been paid at an earlier time due to financial circumstances, the only issue is that they are all over you if your deal doesn't close in time, in which as real estate goes sometimes it gets set back further, so it was added stress in an already stressful time. Would use again, but only in worst case financial scenario.
