Fastest, Smooth, Honest and Genuine Lender I previously closed multiple loans with Mofin and I went with a different lender this time just to give it a try and they failed me at the last minute saying that they closed on the business name which is pretty standard for a DSCR loan so I went back to MoFin and fortunately, the appraisal report was acceptable and I successfully closed the property with MoFin. I doubt anybody else would have closed in the short time span I had with the escrow/seller. George is a man of word. I loved working with Tyler, Peter, James, Fred, and Rebecca. Thank you folks.

DSCR Loan We used Mofin for our DSCR loan and they were excellent throughout the entire process. We were determined not to use a broker and love the fact that they are a direct lender.
