GBI recently needed help with some… and the best agent assisting me Valentina Ross! I recently needed help with some membership issues and I had a wonderful agent helping me out with all my questions and concerns, Valentina Ross. She went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was taking care of before ending our session. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve still had issues and have to go back and have someone else assist me since the first agent that worked with me just sent me links ti go to and told me to do my request there. Valentina actually took the time and helped me and since I was having difficulties, she went ahead and started the process for me. Thank you Valentina!! GBEven though I canceled my membership I… Even though I canceled my membership I had apparently gotten this on accident. The refund process was very easy along with being personal without being intrusive. I really enjoyed being able to have a live chat without answering those awkward questions about why I am canceling, Eva Morris was a great help
