I contacted support team and within a few minutes they reset my account (thanks to ELSA, your a star). On a separate occasion, I wanted to change platform from DXtrade to Matchtrade. After raising a request , My account was changed instantly within a minute Thankyou KED. The team on discord is very responsive and gives great guidance and support. I had great support when I passed Phase 1, Phase 2 and received my FUNDED Account. The KYC went really well and the team got me going on Funded account ASAP. Amazing offer nullyfing my Phase 2 drawdown and switching me to Match Trader as requested I have been in drawdown on my SmartPropTrader phase 2 account for 10 months since July last year (-7.9%). I reached out to support team(specifically Christian and Olabanke) for a switch from DX trade to Match trader. Technically based on company rules, it is not allowed however to my surprise and amazement, Christian offered not only to switch me to Match Trader but also offered me 2(two) new phase 2 100K (total-200K) accounts thereby effectively nullyfying my drawdown. This is simply mindblowing. I am surprised and grateful for their thoughtfulness especially in these times that it is difficult to trust prop firms. Smart Prop Trader is standing out as a beacon of trust. They value their clients and are bullding confidence/relationships with their traders for the long run. I have had issues with other prop firms arbitrarily changing their rules making it more difficult for traders to trade but Smart Prop Trader stays consistent. Leaving another 5 star review here… Leaving another 5 star review here as this company keeps amazing me in how well they treat their traders! Got wronged by the DXtrade trading platform malfunctioning and took a loss: limit order did not get cancelled. The team worked hard to rectify this mistake. Special thanks to ALIAH and CHRISTIAN and the whole SPT crew for taking care of their traders.
