Payability is great, and Ryan is an awesome Account Executive! Ryan was very patient (and knowledgeable) in answering all my questions about the Payability Program. He literally held my hand throughout the process, with multiple callbacks to walk me through the next steps. Ryan made the process a snap. Highly recommend.

I think most of the 5 star reviews here… I think most of the 5 star reviews here are fake or incentivized. The only positive is that once you stop "working" with/for payability, you appreciate every penny you get directly from amazon AND learn to manage your finances on a normal bi-weekly schedule :) I gave it two stars because customer service was nice and worked quickly, but there were way too many stressful issues and the fees are not worth it in the end. They should integrate themselves more into amazon's portal and lower the fees because it's all automated.

They ask for intrusive information and… They ask for intrusive information and string you along like they’re going to approve you, then at the very end tell you, no sorry you have to be 50% fba in order to use our services. Don’t you think that would be one of the first things they ask from you if it’s that much of a deal breaker? Thanks for wasting my time.
