Easy exit: Real Investment (not a buyout company) I held joint ownership to a great rental property, but my business partner's goals differed from mine. Both of wanted to keep rental income, and neither was ready to sell and pay cap gains. Flock provided an easy exit; turning our joint ownership in one property into shares so we we can operate independently. The Flock team has been very accessible, and although we had a few bumps as one of the very first homes, all of them stood by to to listen, support, and resolve. So far our cash flow has been at least what we had before (and I don't have to do a thing!) and values have increased in line with the market.
